Whether you’re a newly engaged couple, getting a head start on planning before the engagement (I did the same thing), or family friend helping plan, welcome! I like to consider myself your partner in planning, your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and being a bride or groom is only a short-lived moment that is something to cherish.

My mission is to make your wedding planning journey seamless while working to bring your dreams to life. If you’re looking for a partner in planning from the beginning of your wedding journey or someone to put all the decor together and manage your timeline the day you marry your best friend, TCCW is here for all your needs.

TCCW, is rooted in the heart of Victorville, CA, we believe in love. We are delighted to extend our services beyond geographical boundaries to be a part of your unique love journey. A nominal mileage fee is applicable for locations beyond 40 miles from Victorville, CA. For weddings and events exceeding 60 miles, we kindly request accommodation arrangements for hotels and flights, which will be tailored to the specific location. Your love knows no bounds, and neither does our commitment to making your special moments memorable.

Hi there! I am Sheena Celestial, and I’m so glad you’re here! The Celestial Creations initially started in 2019 for all personalized decor and gifts from the cups and detailed cards for your bridesmaids’ proposals to the robes you wear on your wedding day, I made them. I was also a free-lance makeup artist for weddings in 2017 to 2019 and have been my mother's event director for her catering business since 2021.

Weddings have always had a special place in my heart, from the details and organization to the desire to help bring the couples inspiration to life. As someone who planned a wedding myself (2021 bride), I know how overwhelming and sometimes lonely it can be. If having a helping hand in planning and organizing the final details of your wedding is something you’re looking for, TCCW is here for all your wedding needs.

The thought of wedding planning is CRAZY or you just know you’ll need assistance in making your Dreams a reality? This is the package for you! I'll be your wedding Bestie, throughout this process you'll never have to be alone- I'll be there from the vison board and vendor selection to giving you the queue to walk down the aisle on your Dream day. This package begins the moment you book!

• Weekly or as needed texts and emails with Client during Planner business hours
• Event design & vision board creation
• Venue selection, negotiation, and walkthrough
• Vendor selection, negotiation, communication and coordination
• Budget management and tracking
• Schedule & Attend Vendor Meetings (In person or Virtual)
• Review Vendor Contracts
• Custom Wedding Timeline
• Dress Rehearsal coordination
• Unlimited hours Wedding Day coordination
• Loading and transporting decor to venue
  
• Provide wedding day emergency kit
• Setup all personal items and decor for ceremony and reception
  
• Lead Planner and 2 Assistants

The wedding planning process is somewhat done but just need a little help to rally the final pieces together, let’s chat! I help out in the areas that you need guidance in or simply just don't have the time for. My goal is to make the final choices in your planning process as smooth and enjoyable as possible! This package typically begins 6 months before your big day.

I will be the point of contact for all vendors and see to it that all your decor in the right place, allowing you to have a stress-free day! This package typically begins 4-8 weeks before the big day.
